These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the eTender Bihar By 81-Ekaashi website and services, including e-Tender services, digital marketing services, and business assistant services (together, the "Services"). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
eTender Bihar By 81-Ekaashi provides assistance with government e-Tender alerts and bid support, digital marketing (social media, paid ads, website/app development, branding and content), and business registration assistance (proprietorship, partnership, LLP, MSME, GST, trademark and related filings). We act as a facilitator and service provider — we are not a government body, and our alerts/assistance do not guarantee tender award, approval, or registration outcomes, which remain at the sole discretion of the relevant authority.
Some Services are offered on a monthly or yearly subscription basis, as shown on our Subscribe page at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the amount shown for the plan and billing cycle you selected. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing for future billing cycles, with reasonable notice.
Tender alerts are provided as a convenience based on publicly available listings and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or subject to change by the issuing authority. Documentation and bid submission support is prepared as per the applicable NIT/SBD guidelines known to us at the time; final responsibility for accuracy and eligibility of a bid rests with the bidder. Similarly, business registration assistance (GST, MSME, trademark, FSSAI, etc.) is subject to approval by the relevant government department, and processing timelines are outside our control.
You may cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for the remaining period unless required by law. Fees already paid to third parties (e.g. government tender fees, EMD, statutory filing fees) are non-refundable through us in any case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eTender Bihar By 81-Ekaashi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or missed tender opportunities, arising from delays, errors, or omissions in third-party government portals or platforms beyond our control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
